The Dawn Motel and Nova Motel are located at 4300 Ocean Avenue, in Wildwood New Jersey.  Both of our units are directly across the street from the beach,  boardwalk, and the Wildwoods convention center.   Convenient to everything in Wildwood, the Dawn and Nova Motels feature a quiet and comfortable retreat for your summer vacation, and easy access to the Convention Center for your business travels all year long.

Directions to The Dawn Motel are very easy.  From RT 55 go to end which turns into RT 47.  Stay on RT 47 to the very end, it eventually turns into Rio Grande Ave in Wildwwod.  At end, at the light, turn left.   We are about 3 blocks down on the left hand side.

Directions from the Parkway South.  Take Exit 4B off the Parkway, continue straight, over the bridge which turns into Rio Grand Ave in Wildwood.  Go to the light at the end of the road.  You will  make a left, we are about 3 blocks down on the left hand side.

The Dawn Motel is owned and operated by Nova Motel Inc..  Our corporation consists of two motels, The Dawn Motel and The Nova Motel.  To visit the Nova Motel click on the photo below to go to our other web site.   Both locations are located in Wildwood New Jersey, situated on Ocean Ave.  Both Motels are directly across the street from the Beach, Rides, Boardwalk, and Convention Center.  No need to walk blocks to the beach and Convention Center.

The Dawn Motel features 16 rooms, with several as efficiency units including a cooking surface and cabinet space for our tenants who wish to cook and stay with us for awhile.  Our Sun-deck overlooks the beautiful Wildwood Beach with plenty of space for those who wish to catch some sun at the Motel.

The Dawn Motel and its parent company are members of the Greater Wildwoods Chamber of Commerce.  We frequently post our room availability with the chamber, which will also gladly assist you in your search for lodging when vacationing in the Wildwoods should our Motels be full.
